We all wanted to hate the cast of Jersey Shore, but we couldn't. From Gym, Tan, Laundry to Snooki's love for pickles we adored the cast and couldn't wait to hear Pauly D once again scream, "Cabs are here!" Most of the cast recently got together for Sammi Sweatheart's 30th birthday and they looked totally different from when we saw them last. Here is what the cast of Jersey Shore is up to these days.
Snooki was a little firecracker on the show! Or should I say meatball? She was definitely the star of the show and was the cutest drunk guidette on the beach.
Well, she's not a meatball anymore. Since the show ended, she lost a whole lot of weight and has been working nonstop. She had her own spinoff show with bestie JWoww, a small role on Supernatural and she finished in 8th place when competing on Dancing With The Stars. She married her love Jionni LaValle and they have two kids, Lorenzo and Giovanna. She is one hot mamma!
JWoww and Snooki became fast friends during their time on Jersey Shore. JWoww wowed us all with her club attire as well as her dance moves on the Karma dance floor. We watched her ups and downs with her boyfriend Roger during the show, and the two of them actually made it through and are now married.
We saw him at his worst, and we saw him at his best. Wait, did we? The Situation had abs of steel, a big mouth and loved all the drama on the Jersey Shore. So what is he up to now?
Mike has had his fair share of ups and downs since the show ended. Ups include appearances on Dancing With The Stars, The Choice, Celebrity Big Brother and he even had his own series with his family called The Sorrentinos. Downs include time in rehab for a prescription drug problem, being charged with tax fraud and getting arrested for assault. Lets hope "The Situation" straightens out his "situation" and comes out on top.
Vinny nixed a possible future as a lawyer or political aide for a New York State Assemblyman and headed to the Jersey Shore instead. He remained the most normal of the cast and definitely made his fair share of memories in the "smush room." So, what is this cutie up to now?
Vinny is looking better than ever and after the show, he decided to focus on his acting career. He had small roles in The Hard Times of RJ Berger and 90210 and had his own MTV talk show where he interviewed celebrity guests like Kesha, Ciara, Iggy Azalea, Lil Wayne and Scott Disick. He even starred in the off-Broadway play That Bachelorette Show.
Sammi, "the sweetest bitch you'll ever meet" was nothing without Ronnie and vice versa. With all of their relationship drama, Ronnie and Sammi Sweetheart broke our hearts and made us never want to be in a relationship ever again. She was traumatized by him and we can't get the words, "Ronnie, stop, Ronnie, no" out of our heads. So what is Sammi Sweetheart up to these days?
Well, some of the cast recently got together to celebrate Sammi turning 30 years old. Since the show last aired, she's released her own fragrance and clothing line called Sweetheart Styles, had a guest spot on Snooki & JWoww and Project Runway, and she co-hosts the Just Sayin' podcast with TV host Clare Galterio.
Cabs are here! He was fun, flirty and we loved the chemistry between him and JWoww. He had the best one-liners and he was everyones favorite DJ. So what is going on with Pauly D these days?
Since the show ended, Pauly D has made a career out of his DJ skills. He had his own spin-off show, The Pauly D Project, signed a deal with 50 Cent's record label and opened on tour for Britney Spears. He also became a father in 2013.
Ronnie was a mess for most of the episodes of Jersey Shore and rightfully so. Like we said, there was no Ronnie without Sammi. We saw him spill his heart out over and over again. So, is he still pining over Sammi?
Looks like he has moved on from Sammi and was more recently linked to Khloé Kardashian‘s BFF, Malika Haqq after they met during the filming E!'s relationship rehab series Famously Single. When People Magazine asked if he has been in touch with the cast Ronnie said,
“I still talk to everybody from the show. It’s easier for all of them to get together because they’re on the East Coast, and I’m out here living in L.A. now. So I see Pauly a lot more than I see anybody because he’s right there in Vegas. I just go see him DJ, do his thing, Vegas pool parties. You know, the single thing!”
Ah yes, the Kim Kardashian of Staten Island. Angela only made it through two seasons of Jersey Shore but she was still the subject of a whole lot of drama. Remember when she punched Snooki? Since the show, Angelina became a wrestler, she appeared in the first season of Couples Therapy and attempted to launch a music career with a song called "I'm Hot." She has settled down a bit and is now an FDNY EMT.
Deena joined the cast of Jersey Shore in the third season but made her mark on the show. After the show, she also appeared on Couples Therapy and has since taken a step back from the spotlight. She traded show business for puppy business and got a job at a doggy daycare centre called The Green Leaf Pet Resort in New Jersey. I'm sure those pups are easier to deal with than the cast of Jersey Shore.
So here is Snooki, Sammi, Deena, Vinny and JWoww celebrating Sammi's dirty 30. It's clear that the cast is still thick as thieves and they have all gone on to do some pretty cool stuff since the show first premiered. One thing's for sure. They are older and wiser and they have never looked better.
