Sweat is a breeding ground for bacteria. Some of us sweat more than others. You can't help it, and you can't fully prevent yourself from doing it. But there are some very important tricks you can do to minimize sweat, bacteria and nether region nostril rampages.
Here's a hot tip: end your shower with cold water. This way, it cools you down so you won't wind up sweating immediately once you leave your shower. What's the point of washing off sweat just to immediately create more?
Some of you may roll your eyes at the thought of powdering up your donut holes. But what's more embarrassing? Having orbs that look like they've been handled by LeBron James (the greatest of all time, I remind you), or smelling like a post-apocalyptic vinegar farm? Thought so.
Some of you may also be thinking, "Why don't I just deodorize down there if it stinks?" I mean, you could...if you want it to get irritated and inflamed. Best to stick to fighting the cause and not the symptom.
Don't wear underwear that's tight and constrictive. You want to give the area a chance to air out. I don't know how those tight underwear got so popular in the first place. Thank goodness for modern hygiene.
