Van Gogh's "Starry Night" is definitely a stretch from the art Banksy usually makes. Firstly, because it was painted on canvas. Secondly, because it's been hanging in the Museum of Modern Art in New York City since the 1940s. Finally, it was painted by Vincent Van Gogh. Still, you can't fault Banksy for trying something new.
Considered by many to be the "supreme law" of the United States, the U.S. Constitution was written by James Madison in the 1700s and is one of the most important legal documents of our time. I don't know how Banksy came up with the idea for this thing, but it's an example of what makes him such a great artist.
