Hot Kenobi is a photographer from Osaka, Japan. He specializes in taking action figures and photographing them in unique positions and scenarios. Here are some of our favorites.
Part of the fun of Kenobi's photos is seeing characters interact who aren't normally part of the same universe. Here's Harley Quinn pushing Captain America into some very hot coffee. It's one of a few photos Kenobi has of Harley taking on unexpected superheroes.
Speaking of that, here's Harley Quinn taking on Deadpool. DC and Marvel would probably never allow this combo to actually happen in a movie. But it can happen in Kenobi's photos.
There probably aren't too many superheroes with smellier armpits than The Hulk. But don't worry. Spider-Man has come to the rescue.
We're not sure what could have led to this scenario to unfurl. But we're guessing getting dragged around by a motorcycle is something that makes Hulk angry. Only time will tell.
Can Captain America's shield be played in a CD player? If so, does it just play the national anthem over and over? Spider-Man is about to find out.
What do Deadpool, Dr. Strange, and Spider-Man do when they get together for dinner? Apparently, they like to chow down on a wheel made of Ramen noodles. At least they do in the universe of Hot Kenobi.
Wolverine doesn't just use his claws to fight bad guys. He also uses them as a bottle opener. And if anyone deserves an ice cold brew, it's one of the X-Men.
For Kenobi, it seems that if an action figure exists, it's fair game to mix it with any other action figure. For example, this interaction between Deadpool and a Storm Trooper. It doesn't have to make sense, as long as it's fun.
Here's Superman and Batman crushing some giant beer cans. Except Superman seems to be doing it just a little bit better. Maybe this is the Batman v Superman movie we should have gotten last year.
Kenobi doesn't just limit himself to action figures of superheroes. He even got Bruce Lee and Freddie Mercury into the mix. It looks like Bruce is winning, but Freddie will probably come back with a command performance of "We Are The Champions."
"You know, just hanging out on my day off. Spending quality time doing what I love. #stormtrooperblessed"
